A striking vintage cobalt blue glass pedestal bowl, richly coloured and beautifully decorated with finely cut and engraved floral and fruiting vine motifs. The body features delicate wheel-cut detailing, while the rim and foot are finished with a band of polished oval facets, adding depth and brilliance to the piece.
