UK Delivery
We carefully pack and dispatch all items to ensure they arrive safely.
All UK orders are sent using tracked delivery services, allowing you to follow your order from dispatch to delivery. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been sent.
Delivery costs are based on size, weight, and fragility, and the most suitable service will be selected for each order.
Standard Delivery
2–4 working days
• Small items (up to 2kg) – £4.95
(e.g. ceramics, glassware, small decorative pieces)
• Medium items (2kg–10kg) – £7.95
(e.g. lamps, bowls, boxed decorative items)
• Larger medium items (10kg–15kg) – £9.95
Express Delivery
1–2 working days
• Small items (up to 2kg) – £5.95
• Medium items (2kg–10kg) – £9.95
• Larger medium items (10kg–15kg) – £11.95
High-Value & Fragile Items
Some higher-value or particularly fragile pieces may be sent using a signed-for service to ensure safe delivery.
Where required, this will be arranged automatically.
Large or Heavy Items
Items that are oversized, very heavy, or exceed standard parcel limits may require delivery via a specialist large-parcel service.
In these cases, a personalised delivery quote will be provided.
If applicable, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the most suitable option and cost.
International Delivery
We are happy to ship internationally.
Due to the size, weight, and nature of certain items, international delivery is quoted individually.

Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless an item is received damaged or not as described.
