If you decide your purchase isn’t right for you, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. - Please email bibboandcukki@gmail.com within this timeframe with your order number, delivery address, and reason for return. We aim to respond within 72 hours with the next steps.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sold.
- Antique and vintage items must not be altered or damaged.
New items must be unused and in its original packaging - Return postage costs are not refundable. We recommend obtaining a Certificate of Posting, as we cannot be responsible for items that do not reach us.
- Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
