Product Description
A highly decorative pair of Royal Doulton baluster vases, richly adorned with intricate gilt and enamel floral panels set against a deep glossy black ground.
The central bodies feature finely moulded and gilded decoration, highlighted with delicate turquoise and white enamel detailing, creating depth and texture typical of Royal Doulton’s quality decorative wares of the early 20th century. The elegant baluster form is complemented by flared rims and shaped bases, giving the pair a striking and balanced silhouette.
The bases bear the Royal Doulton mark along with pattern number 538 and shape number 7009, confirming authenticity and production at the Burslem factory in Staffordshire, England.
A beautifully matched pair, ideal for display and well-suited to both traditional and contemporary interiors.
Condition
Presented in good overall condition.
There are no cracks or chips.
There is minor wear to the gilt decoration, particularly around the rims, along with light surface wear consistent with age and use.
Overall, the vases remain highly decorative and well preserved.
